Fuel filter guard/bash plate is designed to protect fuel filters and drain plug. Because of their location they are exposed and can be easy damaged causing loss of fuel pressure and possible engine damage.
These guards are cheap insurance.
Made of 3mm mild steel, electro zinc plated silver for rust protection.
